As our Head of Sales, Americas, you will lead the charge in displacing legacy, monolithic routing vendors with our Cloud-Native Network Operating System (NOS). Your mission is to secure Tier-2/Tier-3 ISPs, regional fiber providers, cable/MSOs, and DCI players by selling a fundamental shift in networking: disaggregation. You aren't just selling "boxes"—you are selling lower TCO, automated operations, and the freedom of open networking.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Industry Tenure: 15–20+ years of experience selling high-end Service Provider networking solutions with minimal support teams
  • Domain Expertise: Knowledge of Data Networking industry trends, buyer behavior patterns , consumption in Routing, Metro, Peering and Multiservice Edge markets
  • The "SP" DNA: A proven track record of selling directly into ISPs, broadband carriers, and MSOs.
  • Disruption Mindset: Comfortable selling "Category Creation" motions—moving customers away from legacy vendors toward open, software-defined architectures.
  • Executive Presence: Existing high-level relationships within the US carrier and fiber ecosystem.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in "challenger" sales environments where you’ve successfully displaced incumbent vendors.
  • Deep knowledge of buying decisions in BNG, Routing, Aggregation and/Metro and DCI
  • Specific wins in subscriber platforms (BRAS/BNG) or large-scale routing 
  • To succeed in this role we need leaders who understand technical validation discipline; relationship-only sellers with a grasp of the POC-to-Production cycle transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Leadership: Drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to production, specifically targeting BNG (Broadband Network Gateway), CGNAT, and IP/MPLS edge use cases.
  • Outcome-Based Selling: Articulate the value of disaggregated routing and open white-box hardware to C-suite executives, shifting the conversation from "hardware specs" to "operational agility."
  • Deal Orchestration: Lead complex, cross-functional sales motions involving CTOs, Network Architects, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Ecosystem Expansion: Leverage and build relationships with System Integrators (SIs), ODMs, and hyperscale-adjacent partners to accelerate market penetration.
  • Technical Validation: Oversee the transition from initial POC to field trials and full-scale production deployments.
