RtBrick, the next-generation routing software reshaping telecom networks globally, today announced plans to expand its engineering workforce in India by more than 50%, following another year of strong financial performance. The company posted its fourth cashflow-positive year out of the last five years, along with over 300% year-on-year revenue growth, as operators race to modernize legacy networks.

This strong momentum comes on the heels of a record year in which RtBrick added 10 new telecoms customers, reinforcing its leadership in disaggregated networking.

The expanded engineering team will accelerate product development across RtBrick's customer portfolio, while also supporting new deployments in Europe, North America, and the APAC region.

This announcement follows the recent launch of a new customer support center in Chennai, which strengthens RtBrick's global support infrastructure. The Chennai facility is staffed by engineers specializing in disaggregated routing and provides real-time technical support to the company's rapidly expanding global customer base. It joins the company's established technology hubs across India and Europe, forming a comprehensive international backbone that supports telecom operators at scale.
